Flexible & Personalized
Sessions are tailored to each client’s needs, abilities, and preferences whether reinforcing an existing home exercise program, practicing coping strategies, or navigating everyday routines in the home or community. Skip the wait and red tape of insurance approvals, which can take weeks or months, and let’s discuss a rate that works for you.
-
The end of life is just as important as the beginning of life. Wellness In Motion is committed to providing meaningful support to residents before, between, and after therapy or group sessions, honoring dignity, comfort, and quality of life at every stage.
-
Wellness In Motion emphasizes community by working alongside therapy teams, current providers, and families. We believe in one team, one goal supporting older adults. While we do not provide skilled therapy services or bill insurance, we reinforce therapy goals through daily movement and meaningful engagement, and we communicate with therapy teams when concerns or changes are observed.
Why Continued care matters
Learning new skills doesn’t stop when therapy or programs end. Continued care helps individuals practice, maintain, and build on what they’ve already learned in everyday life. It provides consistent support so skills don’t fade and confidence continues to grow. By practicing skills at home, in the community, and in real-life situations, individuals are better able to turn strategies into habits. Continued care also offers flexibility, helping families avoid gaps in support and adjust services as needs change. Most importantly, continued care focuses on helping individuals apply skills in meaningful ways, supporting independence, confidence, and long-term success.
