Malachi Williams

Occupational therapist

Malachi Williams is the founder of Wellness In Motion, a community-based practice focused on helping individuals build confidence and independence through movement, functional engagement, and real-world experiences. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and is an Exercise Science professional with a passion for bridging the gap between therapy and real-life application.

Malachi has a strong passion for motor planning and helping individuals build stronger connections between the brain and body. He embraces a non-traditional approach to therapy, working with individuals who may not always fit into typical settings due to the severity of behaviors, age, or background. Malachi believes that everyone deserves access to meaningful support and that there is a goal for every individual.

He works with individuals of all ages, using movement, fitness, and meaningful community experiences to support participation in daily life, promote independence, and improve overall quality of life.
